  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, nightwear, and swimwear unless the items are faulty. Please ensure you check sizing carefully before ordering these items.

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Additional shipping charges may apply.
